We had more fun at Madame Tussauds than I had anticipated. I had been to the London Madame Tussauds when I was a child and couldn’t imagine that I would be as impressed as an adult but we had a great day out. I wondered how many of the wax figures the kids would recognise but there were many.
There is something for everyone with world leaders, movie stars, musicians and some soap opera stars. The interactive nature of the attraction particularly appealed to us and the other families there on the day we visited. You have the opportunity to dress up in a jacket and hat like Michael Jackson, make a speech next to Julia Gillard and many other fun things (I won’t tell you too much or it will ruin the surprise)
AJ’s Tip
* At Madame Tussaud’s you can have your hand done in wax. You get to choose your hand pose and colours. It is a little bit warm the first time but when they do other layers you don’t feel it. You have to pay for it.
