Mountview Alpaca Farm

In an Australian first, Mountview Alpaca Farm created an alpaca therapy program with local South East Queensland Hospitals and Aged Care Facilities. We kicked off the program at Beaudesert Hospital in mid 2018 with our first visit to Brisbane Children's Hospital in December 2018. The alpacas, Ed Sheeran and his woolly friends Tim Tam and Pancake started off the program and we then trained more alpacas such as Noodle, Peaches, Ernie and Elvis to help out! You can even now donate $5.00 when booking one of our vineyard experiences to help with training, feeding and travelling costs to get them to their much needed patients.
