The Chinese Friendship Gardens are so tranquil and for a moment you forget you are in the heart of Sydney. Not all of the gardens are wheelchair accessible but I was pleasantly surprised at how much of it we could enjoy. We had afternoon tea and it was a nice spot to stop and sit by the water in the cafe.
Kids, and adults can get dressed in ceremonial dress and have photos in the gardens for something different and have photos taken. When we were there there was a children’s party happening with many happy kids running around in their ceremonial dress. On presentation of the Companion card there is a discount for visitors with a disability.
There is a disabled toilet facility at this attraction.
